It points to advanced kidney cancer, which needs immediate medical attention, which means that the cancer has moved to other areas of the body.
According to doctors, metastasised cancer frequently spreads through the lymphatic system, resulting in swollen lymph nodes in your neck. If you find a lump in your neck, particularly if you have other symptoms associated with kidney cancer, it is essential to see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and assessment.

Doctors say if you have symptoms of kidney cancer, there will be a set of investigations that will be done to diagnose it. This includes a complete medical history and physical exam along with certain tests that can help with assessment. These tests may include:
Urinalysis
It involves a sample of your urine to see if it contains blood.
Blood test
These tests count the number of each of the different kinds of blood cells, as well as look at different electrolytes in your body.
CT scan
